The product is delivered within three (3) to six (6) business days from the date of your purchase confirmation.

The product is delivered in a longer term because it will be manufactured especially for you! The shipping term will be six (6) to fifteen (15) business days from the date of purchase. Applies to several haute couture, artisanal, handcrafted or customized products. Good things come to those who wait!

Purchases equal or greater than $250,000 COP will have FREE shipping (regardless of the number of items you purchase)

Purchases less than $250,000 COP will have a flat shipping rate of of $ 10,000 COP (regardless of the number of items you purchase)

Once the order has been sent, you will receive an email with the tracking number so that you can follow-up on the delivery status.

Once your order is placed, please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be dispatched as we may have to consolidate items located in different warehouses.
